Welcome! I'm Alex, a reflexologist and founder of Old Town Reflexology. As a therapist, health and wellbeing is my passion. I have always been interested in complimentary therapies and have been a reflexologist for over 15 years.

Reflexology is an amazing therapy, well established, safe and natural, it has a positive effect on mind and body. Reflexology has really worked for me and I love passing it on to others.

I'm passionate about my work, but when I'm not working you can find me exploring the beautiful Wiltshire countryside with my family and my dog, a very lively cockapoo.

Every treatment is unique! Getting to know you and what you want from your treatment is at the centre of what I do. I have worked with people of all ages and with many different reasons for coming and use this experience to create bespoke treatments especially for you.

My reflexology training began in 2003 and since then I have taken advanced courses and continued my professional development, so I always have up to date knowledge and the best techniques available to support you.

I am fully insured and a member of several professional associations and adhere to their code of conduct. I am also registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council.

Dedicated

I take pride in providing care and expertise. I use expert techniques, wonderful products and create a relaxing and comfortable environment.

Most of all, I am passionate about my work and dedicated to supporting my clients.
